Paul Brundtland, BA (Hons) Psychology, MS AEES Architecture, adapted yoga and meditation teacher 1000+hrs, specialist on habit formation. Born 1967

In my mid-30s, relentless back pain took over my life. I couldn’t sit, walk, or even get out of bed some days—and worse than the pain was the fear that my world was shrinking. For a long time, I surrendered to it, hoping it would pass. But eventually, I realized healing was my responsibility.

 
That realization sparked a mission. I tracked everything—what worked, what didn’t—and used it to develop the method that we use in the HEALTH REFLEX MOVEMENT. It’s a system built on setting meaningful goals, taking ownership of daily actions, and showing up even when motivation fades...sustainable habits for health.
 
When an arthritic knee threatened to sideline me in my 50s, I applied the same tools—and not only overcame the pain, but came back stronger. In France since 2015, I've helped over 2000 others find their own freedom from stress, pain, and exhaustion through practical, sustainable change. We are now finally opening up on an international level and can't wait to get started with you!  In the program, I'll work with you on your yoga and movement, meditation and also to onboard your other habits sustainably.
 
The HEALTH REFLEX MOVEMENT is more than my story—it’s a collaboration. I’ve brought together leading experts in health, psychology, neuroscience, and performance to offer the highest quality, actionable insights possible. Because real transformation starts with the right tools—and the right people to guide the way.
