* "Get to be on time" refers to the time you feel is best for you. You will be given some questions to help you determine that time if necessary.
** Movement and mind sessions include focussed attention, breath control, joint and mobility exercises, balance training, body weight resistance exercises, adjustable cardio exercises and postures for flexibility

It's all up to you! You will be given the option to continue your progress by continuing in the new program, "The GenX Health Reflex". In the program you will receive:
